1. The fill holes are located under the green/blue cartridge cap. The cartridge cap must be removed before refilling by prying it off. Hold the cartridge on the edge of a table or counter top. Using a blunt instrument (a butter knife handle or screw driver handle works well) strike the cap until it is removed.
2. Insert the needle into the fill hole of the color to be refilled, push the needle into the cartridge until the needle reaches the center of the sponge. Important: When you take off cap will notice that the sponge is white. Do not fill the color until the sponge changes from white to what ever color you are filling. Fill the individual colors until the color just begins to show around the needle.
3. Slowly inject up to 6ml. of ink into the sponge or until the sponge is saturated. Clean the syringe with warm water, before refilling another color.
4. After refilling replace the top and secured with scotch tape.
